Return policy

We have a 1day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day of delivery to request and submit your return. We do not offer refunds! 

To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Unworn and unused, no marks, no perfumes and with tags all attached, and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. If approved, and once we have received your return items you will receive via email a digital credit voucher, of the same value via email.

 If approved please note: All return shipping costs and all fees, are liable to the purchaser. 

About a return: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following our return policy and once the return is accepted and received, you can make a separate purchase for the new item using your unique code voucher in placement.

To start a return: You can contact us at our contact form page via our main menu, fill in your details and we will be in contact with you Within 24hours. Please include the following information: 

    1. Name / Contact number
    2. Order number
    3. Reason for return

To send your return: Please contact us for return postal address details. If your Items are sent back to us without requesting a return and are not in the original condition, with all tags attached, unworn,unaltered and undamaged or without any return information, your return may not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an item that appears damaged, please send us as much information as possible, images can also be sent to us via email. 

    Sale items/ Gift cards
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Once you have sent your Return
    We will notify you via email, once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. Once approved you’ll be sent a store credit for the same value of the proof of purchased items.
