Return policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for Store Credit, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. For items purchased using a discount code, the Store Credit will reflect the final amount paid (after applying the discount). Store Credits are valid for 6 months and can be used on any items available on our website.

  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free from any scents such as perfume, and without any traces of make-up or fake tan.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs to return items to us.
  • Final Sale Items: All sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund unless defective or faulty.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns for fake tan products, lingerie, socks, or earrings unless they are defective or faulty.
  • Hygiene Standards: All clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear, as returns will not be accepted if the seal is removed (unless the item is defective).
  • Shoe Returns: Please return shoes in their original box, placed within a postage bag. The box must be received in its original condition for the return to be accepted.
  • Shipping Recommendations: We strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • Non-Compliant Returns: Items that do not meet the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

 

To start a return: You can contact us at our contact form page via our main menu, fill in your details and we will be in contact with you within 24hours. Please include the following information: 

    1. Name / Contact number
    2. Order number
    3. Reason for return

To send your return: Please contact us for return postal address details. If your Items are sent back to us without requesting a return and are not in the original condition, with all tags attached, unworn, unaltered and undamaged or without any return information, your return may not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an item that appears damaged, please send us as much information as possible, images can also be sent to us via email. 

Sale items/ Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once you have sent your Return
We will notify you via email, once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. Once approved you’ll be sent a store credit for the same value of the proof of purchased items.
